Nature-C is rich in vitamin C from natural fruit sources which contributes to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin C also helps to reduce tiredness & fatigue, and to increase iron absorption.

How To Use

Children: (4 – 12 years): Chew 1 tablet daily.
Adult: Chew 1 tablet twice daily.

This product is not recommended for children under 4 years of age.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains the powdered dried juice of:Acerola 480 mg, Passion Fruit60 mg, Sea Buckthorn 10 mg, Prickly Gooseberry 1 mg, Blackcurrant 1 mg, Lemon 0.5 mg. Also contains fructose, maltodextrin (from corn), maizestarch and magnesium stearate(vegetable source) to 1030 mg.
