- Step 1: Conceal your lips completely using Stay Matte Concealer.
- Step 2: Using Lasting Finish 1000 Kisses Lip Liner in a shade a tad darker than your lip colour, overdraw the lip line slightly over the cupids bow and below the centre of your bottom lips to create the illusion of fuller lips.
- Step 3: Apply Lasting Finish Lipstick on your lips and over your lip liner.
