Lavelle’s Pharmacy are a family owned business located in the West of Ireland, established in 1955 in Belmullet Co. Mayo by Paddy and Grace Lavelle. The business continues today led by their son Damian and his wife Olivia, both pharmacists. The business has since expanded with 4 stores in Mayo and Galway employing over 30 staff. Lavelle’s are at the heart of the community, providing professional services to all. We were one of the first pharmacies to install a dispensing robot in Ireland and have won numerous awards.
Our staff are at that foundation of the business and they are courteous, helpful and professional, with most being with the business for numerous years. We pride ourselves on our modern and spacious shops and on our wide range of vitamins and supplements for healthy living. We also have a large and on trend offering of skincare, beauty and fragrance products. Our friendly and helpful, well-trained staff are always ready to help in store and over the phone. We differentiate from others by offering jewellery, veterinary, photographic and a wide range of health services.

A Monitored Dosage System is a method of dispensing your medication so that we can help you keep track of what medications you take and when you take them.

At Lavelle’s Pharmacy, we are participating in the COVID-19 Vaccination Service. A number of our Pharmacies have been selected to partake in the HSE’s Community Pharmacy COVID-19 Vaccination Programme that will allow us to deliver COVID-19 vaccines in the community.
COVID-19 vaccine stocks are limited. Book an appointment online or in-store. If you are unable to register with your local Pharmacy, it is because they have no availability.
